CDPC's Concierge-Style approach allows Care & Support to be shaped around the individual—not the other way around. Each visit is guided by the person's routines, preferences, priorities, and Personalized Care & Support Plan, with support evolving as needs change.

Simple Billing & Payment
Clear communication extends to every part of your experience, including simple, transparent billing and payment.
Care & Support services start at $45 per hour. A three-hour minimum applies to Essential Concierge Support visits.
Your rate is based on the services and level of support included in your Personalized Care & Support Plan and is discussed with you before services begin.
Convenient electronic payment options are available.
Detailed invoices are provided for all services. Additional documentation is available for clients seeking long-term care insurance reimbursement.
Transportation for scheduled outings within a 10-mile radius is included. Additional mileage is billed at $0.75 per mile and is always discussed in advance.
Additional services requested outside your agreed-upon Care & Support Plan are discussed and approved in advance, including any applicable additional charges.
Essential Concierge Support
Your Care & Support Plan is personalized to your individual needs. Services are billed weekly, with payment due at the beginning of each scheduled service week unless otherwise arranged.
