1

What type of support do you provide?

Connie Dean Private Care provides concierge-style, non-medical support for seniors, adults, and families seeking thoughtful, personalized assistance at home.

Services may include companionship, transportation, meal preparation, light household support, care coordination, appointment accompaniment, advocacy, home organization, respite support, family communication, and personalized lifestyle assistance. 2

What does a typical visit look like?

Every visit is guided by your personalized support plan while remaining flexible enough to meet your needs that day.

Support may include companionship, transportation, meal preparation, household organization, appointment support, errands, or simply providing a trusted presence and helping daily life feel more comfortable and manageable.

3

Why choose concierge-style support instead of traditional caregiving?

Both traditional caregiving and concierge-style support help individuals remain safely and comfortably at home. The difference is in the approach.

Concierge-style support goes beyond completing daily tasks by focusing on the whole person—their routines, preferences, relationships, and goals. It emphasizes consistency, communication, flexibility, and attention to the details that help individuals and families feel supported with confidence.

4

Do you offer ongoing Concierge Support Plans?

Yes. Many clients choose an ongoing Concierge Support Plan that provides consistent, relationship-centered support tailored to their individual needs.

Plans are customized following an initial consultation and may include regularly scheduled visits, transportation, companionship, care coordination, advocacy, home organization, family communication, respite support, and other concierge-style services. Flexible hourly support is also available for those needing occasional assistance.

5

Do you provide respite care for family caregivers?

Yes. Respite support gives family caregivers time to rest, attend appointments, travel, or simply recharge while knowing their loved one is receiving attentive, compassionate support.

Whether you need a few hours of assistance or ongoing scheduled respite, care is provided with consistency, companionship, and respect.

6

Do you provide medical care?

No. Connie Dean Private Care provides non-medical support only.

With more than 20 years of healthcare experience, support is informed by a strong understanding of patient care, communication, and care coordination. This background provides valuable insight while remaining within a non-medical scope of practice.

7

Do you assist with meals?

Yes. Meal preparation and nutrition support can be provided based on personal preferences, dietary needs, and daily routines.

Support may include preparing nourishing meals and snacks, light meal planning, grocery assistance, hydration reminders, and helping maintain an organized kitchen to support comfort and well-being at home.

8

Do you help with housekeeping?

Yes. Light household support helps maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable home.

Services may include dishes, laundry, changing linens, tidying living areas, organizing spaces, and other light household tasks that support daily living.

9

Do you provide transportation?

Yes. Transportation is available for medical appointments, errands, shopping, social outings, and other scheduled activities.

Most local outings are included. For destinations beyond 10 miles, additional mileage is billed at $0.75 per mile and will always be discussed in advance.

10

How is scheduling arranged?

Support can be scheduled on an hourly basis with a three-hour minimum or through an ongoing Concierge Support Plan.

Many clients choose a consistent schedule that provides familiarity, continuity, and dependable support while remaining flexible as needs change over time.

11

What are your rates?

Relationship-Centered Support is billed hourly, starting at $40 per hour with a 3-hour minimum visit.

Concierge Support is available through customized monthly support plans. Pricing is based on your individual needs, level of support, and the services included in your personalized plan. Your options are reviewed during your complimentary consultation to create the level of support that best fits you or your loved one.

12

How do billing and payments work?

Services are provided on a private-pay basis with simple, transparent billing.

Relationship-Centered Support is billed weekly for ongoing hourly services unless otherwise arranged.

Concierge Support is billed monthly through a customized support plan designed around your individual needs and level of service.

Convenient electronic payment options are available. Detailed invoices are provided for all services, and additional documentation is available for clients seeking long-term care insurance reimbursement.

13

Do you accept insurance?

Connie Dean Private Care is a private-pay service and does not bill insurance directly. If you have a long-term care insurance policy, detailed invoices are provided for all services to support reimbursement according to your policy.

Additional concierge support is also available, including communicating with your insurance company, organizing documentation, gathering required records, and helping guide you through the reimbursement process.

Any additional coordination or advocacy services are discussed in advance and billed according to the time involved.

14

What are your hours?

Typical service hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Evening, weekend, or extended-hour support may be available depending on scheduling and individual needs. If you are looking for support outside regular hours, please reach out to discuss availability.
